Welcome to Broomsticks & Fire! We are a post-potter rpg set in the year 2023.

Things have been pretty peaceful in the wizarding world. That is, it was peaceful until an attack killed five aurors, one of them being Ronald Weasley, beloved father, husband, and one third of the trio that had destroyed Lord Voldemort. Sure an auror's job is dangerous, but to have five killed in one attack is almost unheard of anymore. It has several people wondering if the Death Eaters are again at large. The Order of the Phoenix has been reactivated and is now being headed by none other than Harry Potter himself, giving hope that their world can soon return to peace again.

Setting

Winter 2023

Snow often covers the Hogwarts campus these days. Winter has begun and there is a sharp chill in the air. Better bundle up if you expect to be going anywhere.

Amber

Amber is one half of your lovely admin team. She is in her twenties, has a bachelor degree in English Literature, and is sometimes the dreaded grammar Nazi. Don't worry, she'll try to keep it under control. She plays Jessica Greyback, Damien Nott, Molly Weasley, Mackenzie Reid, Xavier Merit, and Jason Wilde.

Emma

The other half of the admin team is Emma. On top of going to school and working, she finds time to pop on and do some posting and application approving. She plays charlotte elaine maybury and Lucy Weasley

Happy Holidays! As a special treat we have revamped the site. If you notice anything off, let us know. Our new template is best viewed in IE and Google Chrome.

July/August

We have re-opened the site! Hurrah! As you may have noticed, we have also added a new skin as well. "Love Struck - Second Edit" is the name of our newest skin. We have kept the layout because it works well for the site. If you want to go back to the original skin, it should be labeled as "Love Struck." Just a little note, the cbox may look a little out of place on that skin now as we have changed the colors to fit the new skin. Also, if you haven't noticed. Our IC Cbox has been upgrated, so it now autorefreshes. Keep in mind that the IC is not a subsitute for threading but a place to play in real time with your characters. Not everything (or anything) that happens in the cbox has to be part of the site plot.
