--- this is a journey i'm ready to face, with you by my side ---
JULIAN FRANKLIN LONGBOTTOM
name: julian franklin longbottom
age/year: seventeen, seventh year
date of birth: march third
house/occupation: gryffindor
bloodstatus: pureblood
wands: oak wood, 8 inches, dragon heartstring
broom: firebolt- - - - - - -
height: five foot, six
weight: 135
general description: the boy sadly never managed to get his father's height of six foot on the dot. he some how managed to only grow to be five foot, six which is perfectly find considering most girls stand around five foot, five or shorter. the problem this holds is when a girl insists on wearing high heels and they have to look down at the man. i know many say that height shouldn't matter but it's still no fun for the guy to have to look up at his woman. and julian's woman is most often finding herself taller then him but it's a flaw in his appearance he just has to deal with. his smile is what sets him apart which he takes after his mother in. the boy really gets more of his mother's traits, including his hair, and his body type is more like the men's body type of her father, and grandfather. he often finds himself wearing his gryffindor robes of course, which isn't really his choice of style. he prefers to wear a simple t-shirt, with a pair of jeans, and stay out of that uniform as much as possible. he keeps his hair short, and his face shaven, unless he's been busy to where he doesn't find himself having enough time to get himself a clean cut. not that the boy really can grow all that much facial hair to begin with. even with some of hos body faults, the girls of the school never seem to mind his appearance, and he still manages to get some dates around school.

strengths:
* Qudditch
* Brave and Loyal Heart

weaknesses:
* Potions
* Blabber Mouth. Sometimes he continues to talk...and digs himself into deeper holes then he began to be in. Mostly in regards to girls. Girls are another weakness. Most girls generally like him for his 'war hero' father. And, sometimes he knows this, and will continue to flirt with them, if him and his girlfriend are in a fight, or broken up. Even though the questions circle around his father, his father standing up to Voldomort, killing the snake...what it's like to be in the inner circle of the Potter's, etc. That and his father's Herbology Professor which...well, get on the sons good side, get on the father's good side.
* Easily Jealous
dementor: To be honest the kid has managed to find himself a really easy life. His mother and father have made sure of that. The worse memories would really just include all those times him and his girlfriend broke up. If not that when his heart found itself broken as he watched her with another guy. His boggart would take him through a toll that included watching as his girlfriend, sisters, or parents were suffering before him, and he couldn't do anything about them, before killing them right in front of his eyes. His boggart would bother him much greater then his dementor. He's always been able to cast a patronus with such ease.
boggart: I answered in the above question.
mirror of erised: Someday he would really like to 1. become a professional qudditch player. 2. even if he becomes pro he'd like to manage to have a family someday with the woman he loves. He really wants to make this relationship work but they have a lot to fix up because it just doesn't work when two people break up over jealousy, or silly things all the time. Then continue to try and make the person jealous after break ups. 3. Graduate from Hogwarts with decent grades. Makes his family proud of him.

*He has only honestly ever been with one girl, His heart has always belong to one girl. But, his jealousy gets the best of him and he'll often say he's been with various girls, to get under his girlfriends skin, or to feel like he's equal to her. He'll often find himself doubting that she's really his. She's the only girl he's ever really liked as well. He acts like he can flirt, he acts like he's got himself all put together but turthfully the boys just as bad with woman, as his father was. He just can handle his own better.
*He's a lot like his father and as much as he admired his father growing up. As much as his father became this big hero at the end of it all...he still fears he'll become too much like his dad. That's why he goes to extra lengths to be more outgoing. He didn't want to be who his dad was when his dad was younger. He's perfectly okay with his dad at seventeen, but not okay with how long it had taken his dad to become something great. He's never wanted to be the dorky, but lovable guy. Rather just the lovable guy.- - - - - - -
mother: Hannah Abbott (Longbottom)
father: Neville Longbottom
siblings: Three Sisters
pets: Jinx the Toad
history:
This little boy had a knack for finding himself getting into trouble. It really was only natural considering he lived in a little town where not many people lived. Not many children would be around the place because well...it was Hogsmead and most shopkeepers were old, and their kids were already departed. He always looked forward to Hogsmead weekend for kids at Hogwarts because then he could try to get some first years to hang out with him, surrounded by three sisters growing up...wasn't always easy. His father worked at Hogwarts which was the reason as to why they were all living in Hogsmead. His mother worked as a bartender and they lived in an apartment on top of the shop she worked at. His father would be able to come home after classes, and on the weekends because they were so close. Most Professors would have to stay within Hogwarts, but they made an exception for his father.
Julian never really found himself to have one of those tragic lives as a child. His parents were always so loving, not to say his sisters didn't ever give him a hard time because boy did they ever. Three sisters. And one boy. He'd have told his parents to try again for another boy but that fear of having a fourth sister stuck with him much too often. Besides it often brought him closer to his father, his father who would sneak him out to the black lake looking for ingredients for potions. His father that would take him to the World Cup Qudditch Matches which was where he learned he has a passion for flying. His father who would have people from all over talk to him, telling him how great he was for helping out in the war, how brave he was to fight alongside Harry Potter. Growing up Julian always had been so proud of the man he'd been able to call his dad.
He even managed to find himself with a lot of his father's traits. It would come to no surprise that when he was eleven years old he found himself being sorted into Gryffindor. He has lived up to the Longbottom name in more then one way including that brave element. In his third year at Hogwarts he found himself on the Qudditch team, and that's really brave in itself. His loyal element also comes into play because he's always around sticking up for his friends. Unlike his father however he has managed to break the cycle of finding himself through his years at Hogwarts.
He had been fortunate enough to already know who he was going into Hogwarts, he was his father's son. He didn't need to figure that out because he already knew he had a warrior heart when the time needed for him to become a warrior. He already knew he'd be a loyal friend to those he'd grow to care about, and this has all proved to be true.
He's made himself a lot of great friends at Hogwarts but some he of course, could never find himself fully trusting. You see he knows that some use him in an attempt to get a better grade in Professor Longbottom's class, and some even (well, girls) will pretend to like him, or only like him because of this, or well...who doesn't want to say they're dating a boy on the Qudditch team. But, he's always been able to find who likes him for him, and who likes him for the everything else.
One girl in particular. A girl that started out as his best friend, until she became his on and off girlfriend, pulled at his heart strings, for too many times. A girl he knows is genuine, a girl he knows he loves, but they always seem to find themselves into some ruts. He wants to make it work with her because he knows they have something worth fighting for. The two don't get jealous for no reason at all, it's simply because they love each other. They just need to work on trusting each other better. Stop doubting themselves, and realize they're meant to make things work. Stop turning to other people when things go bad, because that only pushes them further apart. Ah. If only he had the difficulty of talking to girls like his father...then, maybe he'd be able to control his horrible actions after him and her broke up...by not going after other girls. But, that also being said...he'd never been able to become her boyfriend at the simple age of fifteen, and may have let her slip through his fingers.
Right now, he's in his seventh year at Hogwarts. Nearly over! Playing Qudditch, dealing with his girl problems, and just dealing with life as it comes at him, one step at a time.- - - - - - -

Looking upon Roger White nobody would have expected this out of the man. He always seemed to portray himself as the type of person that had everything so perfectly knitted together. That if something were to go wrong he would be able to find himself within no time doing something else. The clothing he wore were always wrinkled free, his hair sat upon his head in a neat formation except when the wind would give it that messy whipped look. That whipped look however, some would assume had been Roger doing that himself in the mirror that morning. Some people would find themselves liking the messy hair look, Roger not being one of them but even with his Obsessive Compulsions over specific items in his everyday life he somehow managed to not fret over that pile of red hair that sat on top of his head. Even if his clothing were to get a little wrinkled throughout the day, or spilt coffee happened to leave a stain he could hold himself together until he arrived home. From there he would throw away the item that got ruined and plan a day to go get a similar shirt, or pair of pants...it was easy.
The scheduling dents were his downfall. This right here was what made Roger seem like a complete mess more than even an ordinary person's mess. If people were to see Roger like this it'd probably be certain that'd he'd find himself having people stare at him in a look of sheer disgust, or pity. He had saw various television shows on TLC that would describe people like him with similar problems, and they'd send them through many obstacles to get themselves 'healed' from their obsessive compulsive disorder and even as Roger knew that he suffered from his own case of OCD, he never found himself seeking to fix it. He was much too used to dealing with it by now that it was just part of him, and he quite liked to keep an organized life, one without interruptions, or things going wrong. He knew he needed to handle them better...he could be organized, without these...well, episodes.
Dr. Hart was one of only three Doctor's, their profession also included the stance of one of three people that have ever saw him become such a wreck. He had a child hood Doctor that knew how to handle him to a Tee before he went off to California for High School. He often heard the woman put the blame on his father for embroiling into his head that he'd always needed to stick to schedule or consequences would be faced. Yet, as the years went on, nobody could really put it all on his father...it certainly, didn't help, but being on time, and something being taking out of your schedule were two completely different things. This had to be Roger's own doing. The other woman was back in California who had become so used to him that the minute he showed up she always had some list waiting for him so she could get him out as quickly as possible.
Dr. Hart being the third person.
She wasn't exactly what someone could call friendly. Oh no. It was a real shock that Roger would continue to insist on coming to this woman when she was always so straight to the point and quite harsh when it came to what she'd say, or question him with. He seemed to be immune to it all by now and somehow he found himself preferring her over all the other Doctors...he trusted her for some unknown crazy idea...he just did. She always knew how to deal with Roger rather it be hitting him with the truth or well, sending him off with something to do.
His eyes averted up to her, as his breathing started to slow down. "It feels like I can't breathe." he repeated her, although he wasn't sure if she had meant for him to repeat what she was saying. As he got onto the table, he laid down as his eyes darted around the room. "It started..." he paused briefly as his past events played back in his mind. "I was supposed to be taking care of Ms. Bates...she's eighty-two...but she ended up at the Hospital so I couldn't...right after that phone call...around, two. That's when it started." he spoke quickly, as his eyes darted back over to her. His breathing had finally managed to calm down because the panic attack was slowly dissolving.
As he spoke, his face was still that shade of red but for a completely different reason. As his mind began to comprehend everything that was happening, he knew very well, as to why he was having that panic attack. Being here helped but if she didn’t' take up at least two hours of his time, or find the boy something to do...he'd be right back to where he was at. Lost. Not sure what to do with himself. Finding it difficult to breathe once again. Those thoughts again crept into his mind as his breathing took another dent.
She'd know. She'd figure out why he was here, and leave him lost.
